Top 25 Watchlist – Juelz Rios | PG | MetroBall OBG Elite (Jr3SSB)

Juelz Rios established himself as one of the most dominant floor generals in the 7th grade division during the first three sessions of the Made Hoops East Winter Circuit. The shifty point guard consistently controlled tempo while putting constant pressure on defenses, averaging 21.0 points, 4.0 assists, and 2.0 steals per game. His 31-point performance against New Heights in an overtime thriller stood out as a defining moment, showcasing both his scoring ceiling and competitive edge in high-leverage situations.

Rios is a true three-level scorer with advanced shot-making ability for his age. He plays with pace and creativity, using craft, body control, and touch to finish around the rim. From the perimeter, he shoots the ball with confidence and ease, knocking down shots well beyond the NBA three-point line both off the dribble and on the catch, finishing the circuit shooting over 50% from deep. He competes with a fearless mindset, embraces big moments, and shows the mentality of a lead guard who wants the ball when it matters most. As his playmaking continues to evolve, Rios projects as a high-upside point guard prospect with the scoring punch to separate himself from his peers.
