Team: PSA Cardinals (Jr. EYBL)
WHO THEY ARE / WHAT THEY DID
Class of 2031 guard Lennox Benjamin helped lead the PSA Cardinals through a competitive Jr. EYBL Super Session in Memphis. The team opened with a win on Friday against Team Thad Reform Sports, narrowly lost by one point in their first Saturday game versus Rose City Rebels, bounced back with a 58–46 victory over AB Elite in their second Saturday matchup, and fell 42–38 to Team Hustle on Sunday. Benjamin’s sharpshooting from deep and crafty finishing at the rim were instrumental in keeping PSA competitive in every game.
STRENGTHS / EVALUATION
Benjamin is a high-level 3-point shooter and a crafty finisher. His deep-range accuracy, quick release, and ability to read defenses make him a consistent scoring threat, while his creativity around the basket allows him to convert tough looks in traffic. His poise in close games shows maturity beyond his Class of 2031 peers.
KEY STATS
Benjamin’s scoring impact and floor presence were evident across all four games, helping PSA secure two wins and remain competitive in their narrow losses.
WHAT’S NEXT / PROJECTION
Coming off a Hoop Group NXT Gen Winter Circuit championship in Manalapan, NJ — where his 2031 squad played up in the 2030 division — Benjamin and PSA look to regroup for the upcoming Session 1 in King of Prussia. He will continue as a primary scoring option and key playmaker, building on his championship experience and rising profile as a NYC prospect.
