Strengths / evaluation

Rowe plays with real burst and shiftiness off the dribble, creating separation in tight spaces and getting downhill with control. He showed scoring ability in transition and in the half court, finishing through contact and keeping defenders on their heels. Defensively, he brought constant pressure, created multiple steals, and pushed tempo the other way. His energy, competitiveness, and point guard control stood out all weekend.
